CloseIQ

AI Policy

Last updated: July 16, 2026

CloseIQ is an AI tool, and we would rather be plain about how it works than hide it. This page explains where AI is used, what it does, and where you stay in control.

What the AI does

When you paste a stalled deal, the AI reads the thread and the details you provide, scores the deal's health, and surfaces the objection the prospect did not say out loud. It then drafts follow-up messages in the closer voice and pressure level you select. Every draft is built from the actual facts of your deal. The model is instructed not to invent details, and AI tells and banned phrases are filtered out at the writing layer.

A human approves every send

The AI drafts. You decide. No message goes out without your approval. AutoPilot sequences send only after you explicitly authorize that specific deal with a consent checkbox, they send from your own connected Gmail, and you can stop any sequence with one click. Sequences also stop automatically when you mark a deal won or lost.

Which models we use

Analysis and drafting run on established third-party AI providers. The content you submit is transmitted to those providers solely to generate your results, subject to their data-handling terms.

Your content is not training data

We do not use your deal content to train our own models, and our providers are contractually restricted from using it to train theirs. Your content is used to produce your output, and for nothing else.

Limits and your judgment

AI output can be wrong or miss context. CloseIQ is a drafting and diagnosis aid, not legal, financial, or professional advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome. Read every draft before you send it and apply your own judgment about your prospect and your relationship.
